Rates
$220 per 50-minute session
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Payments are due at the time of service.
Insurance
Dr. Buccola is not in network with any insurance companies, and would be considered an out-of-network provider. Upon request, superbills can be provided to clients and they can submit these to their insurance company regarding possible reimbursement. Check with your provider in regards to reimbursment rates as an out-of-network provider.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Insurance does not provide payment for missed sessions, therefore the client will be responsible for this payment in full.
